Fix UI control interactions on iOS

I was looking at Joy on my iPad and I noticed that some of the UI controls don’t work as intended on a desktop browser. For example, the numeric slider thing doesn’t activate correctly (the keyboard pops up when tapped, though).

The color picker can be clicked on, but not dragged around freely.

The item picking and text entry seems OK, though.
