RTL problems

Hebrew goes right to left, and in index.html theres a point where text that I need to translate crosses English Left to right text. RTL text and LTR text don't really mix, and computers don't know how to process RTL text that well. What should I do?

This may just be an implementation issue. Could you attach a picture of the problem?
