On ARM server process_exporter has been started, but http://ip:port/metrics no printing

When I am running process_exporter with 0.7.9.linux-arm64, with "./process_exporter -config.path process_exporter.yml" to start it, and I can see that the process_exporter process already exists. On the server using "curl http://1.1.1.1:9256/metrics" also have returned, but I visit http://1.1.1.1:9256/metrics on Windows server is without any printing, In addition, Linux and Windows server networks are interconnected. What is the reason for this? I need to get back from http://1.1.1.1:9256/metrics.
