Clarify a bit the fact that naxsi has a negative signature model

It seems that it's not clear that naxsi works with a negative signature model (thus being signature-less by default), this should be addressed in the documentation.

We should rephrase the 99% thingy of the README to be more factual and less clickbait ;)
