Something bad happened with influx!

I'd like to use your app but I get an error running the script, doing a little digging my guess is that you don't support the latest influxdb APIs for pushing the data to influxdb?

I have personally given up on influxdb. I'd happily accept a pull request but I'm back to using the graphite stack myself.
