Stream title

I would like to know the stream title before choosing which stream to watch. Usually the stream titles will be too long to present on one line, but the first x characters of what you can fit is helpful. I fiddled with the layout and use it like this now:

Would love to see this as an improvement. Could make it as a config option if you think it breaks the layout with the titles cut off.

The ability to customize the displayed information has been something I've been meaning to look into for a bit now. In theory it shouldn't be too hard, but I'll need to look into how to best approach this and potentially rework how the write command(s) display the desired info vs the terminal size or something like that. I'll add it to the ToDos, but no promises on how soon that might be taken care of.

If you or anyone else has a notion of how to skin this particular cat by all means fork and get a PR going if I take too long.
