It think we can best-guess user language even before they select language based on `accept-language` header. It provides languages user likely uses. For example here mine: `accept-language: be,en-GB;q=0.9,en;q=0.8,en-US;q=0.7,ru;q=0.6,la;q=0.5` Which states...

eclipse-temurin still haven't released updated version. Looking at the vulnerabilities it seems like they affect java running on client-side and untrusted code. Java running server-side is not affected.

We've had somewhat similar issue with Bloomington recently: not being able to grant account CiviForm admin permissions. I'll update docs.

Closing this as we are using azure__storage-blob 12.19 now with latest update happend on Sep 19. Seems no longer breaking.
