choose bomberman 2 and during the intro there is grey flashing lines on the sides of the road and on a few buildings doesn't happen on real hardware

This looks like the game uses some small jitter to smooth out the framebuffer scaling. On real hardware the flickering will be smoothed out by the LCD ghosting. This will require improving the OpenGL interframe blending option so that it behaves closer to a real LCD.
