Algo como activator newbd que nos permita destruir um BD e povoá-lo.

Já temos a primeira parte em util/zeraBD.sh

O script não funciona se vc tiver conectado no bd usando outra ferramenta... será que um drop das tabelas resolve ou bloqueia tbm?
