Ability to sort recipe lists

Add a component that persents recipe sorting options for recipes and my recipes views Options include:

• sort by name
• sort by date added
• sort by last updated

Also consider adding rank sorting - i.e. sort by likes/upvotes

Additionally, ability to filter recipes by oils used
