The code you've linked to in the [Portal package](https://github.com/TryGhost/Ghost/blob/9da246ac8448720c210e854519eae72acd8bba46/ghost/portal/src/components/Frame.js#L30) is the right place where the iframe is generated and this is the preferred way for Ghost sites to use members....
