Pinned tabs are not restored

Describe the bug

Pinned tabs are recorded in the saved session, however, they will not be restored. And when manually restored, they are not pinned.

We're happy to help create a PR to fix this.

Reproduction

1. Create a new window with 2 unique tabs (one pinned, the other unpinned)
2. Save the session
3. Close the window
4. Create a new window
5. Restore the session (only the unpinned tab is restored).
