If i change the styling to bootstrap i dont see the icons. How do I solve this?

Missing the pnotify icon images in the original plugin.

Wasn't obvious that these have been excluded from this rails gem. I'm not using them, but might be worth noting in the documentation if this is by design.

`README.md` says ``` //= require pnotify/pnotify.core //= require pnotify/pnotify.buttons ``` but `pnotify/pnotify.core` is gone. And causes `Sprockets::FileNotFound - couldn't find file 'pnotify/pnotify.core' with type 'application/javascript'`
