Setting an explicit log level does not work if you have multiple options

We configure the plug as plug Logster.Plugs.Logger, excludes: [:params], log: :info to set all logs to the info level but this does not work as the pattern match check assumes that there is only one option: https://github.com/navinpeiris/logster/blob/ff5b6009e23aa16d534f9d617499d949c5982577/lib/logster/plugs/logger.ex#L153

This is because keyword lists cannot be partial matched as you can with maps.

This has been fixed in main and will release v2.0 early next week barring any issues.

Which repo is this on by the way? I'll send PR's for all the proejcts under hexpm as soon as v2 is out to make the migration easier.
