Added same_focals option to PointCloudOptimizer and demo

This should be a very useful feature for users hoping to run dust3r while restricting same focal lengths for all input images. Current changes only apply to PointCloudOptimizer.

I added a checkbox feature on gradio demo. UI interface does not look great, might need some changes based on author preference, but functionality works.
