That is very strange. The system picker shouldn't be hiding your folders on that screen.

@PanderMusubi This app doesn't use any global file permissions. This is why the startup dialog to select a folder is necessary.

It was probably a system file picker issue that got fixed by Google Play system updates. Or less likely but, it might have been fixed by https://github.com/FossifyOrg/Voice-Recorder/pull/187.

On recent devices, there's now a quick tile option to block mic access that does the same thing. Would that be too slow?

It could work, but it wouldn't make sense to call groups "groups" anymore. It would have to be renamed to labels or [tags](https://github.com/FossifyOrg/Gallery/issues/26), but even then, this feels a little...
