Add a "Sweep Private Key" feature

Issue: If I want to move funds from a paper wallet I have to import the private key into my wallet, and then contruct a Tx that will move those coins to an address my wallet actually owns. This is more complicated than it needs to be

Solution: Add a new RPC command + dropdown menu option that will allow users to sweep a private key into their wallet.
