Script was failing due to deprecated pypdf Api. Changed it to new Api's

can you specify the version of pypdf and so we can lock it in requirements.txt ?

We can lock it to 3.9.0. The docs said not to use the deprecated APIs and suggested different ones. On making those changes script is working properly. Can you please run it once and check if it's working as expected?

Also is the update profile function for changing phone no. working for you. Seems like the UI has changed and It's not able to find the mobile field
