Incorrect tab wrapping when custom links are present

Environment

  • Nautobot version (Docker tag too if applicable): a46eb31d8454 (v2.1.2)
  • Python version: 3.11
  • Database platform, version: PostgreSQL 15-alpine
  • Middleware(s):

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Device with a custom link

Expected Behavior

All Tabs are placed on successive lines

Observed Behavior

Tab positions have additional lines
