Proposed Functionality

Add a new secrets provider for BeyondTrust Password Safe https://www.beyondtrust.com/docs/beyondinsight-password-safe/ps/index.htm

Use Case

As a network engineer, I want Nautobot to be able to retrieve secrets from the BeyondTrust Password Safe system so that it has programmatic access to use the secrets stored there.
