Dependent on: https://github.com/nautobot/nautobot/pull/2377.

Enables a scheduled workflow to run on a nightly basis to test Golden Config against recent versions of Nautobot (see: https://github.com/nautobot/nautobot/pull/2377/files#diff-4a65981089f9765268b0b5e21c76e8c845e47c41a8a7ccf36eaa349704f292d8R22)

I have tested the updated Dockerfile locally and should behave as expected.
