Expected Behavior

nautobot-server migrate nautobot_data_validation_engine zero

Observed Behavior

These tables need data cleared prior to uninstall (can have objects removed via UI, API, or ORM) nautobot_data_validation_engine_minmaxvalidationrule nautobot_data_validation_engine_regularexpressionvalidationrule
