MediaFoundationReader is not working after I deployed the project to azure

Hello, I kept getting this error when I call the MediaFoundationReader, This is working fine in local but not on the deployed site.

I can't see the full error message from your screenshot, but I strongly suspect that the Windows Server version that Azure App Service is running on doesn't have Media Foundation available.
