Hi Steve!! So amazing to hear from you! Thank you so much for noting this. My Amazon Associates account got cancelled for some reason (violated the TOS but I can't for the life of me figure out what and my attempts to appeal have gotten nowhere). I'm going to fix the link now, but I as I work on the 2nd edition of the book (just started yesterday!) I am investigating other ways to print and distribute it besides Amazon! Hope all is well with you!

Hi Dan,

The book came up at work and a coworker tried to buy it, excited to hear about a second edition! Presumably a lot of the website tool chain is 10 years out of date and better solutions have presented themselves.

Also, after filing this I saw it had maybe already been addressed at head. I’m a bit out of practice with GitHub.
