New Table of Contents page numbers are off by one

Your idea:

In the output of the new ToC snippet, the page numbers are all off by one. From testing, it appears that dropping the + 1 from page : page + 1 on lines 11 and 18 of themes\V3\5ePHB\snippets\tableOfContents.gen.js fixes the issue.
