New Shortcuts: Note and Descriptive

I think it would be awesome if there was keyboard shortcuts for making {{descriptive}} and {{note}} in a fast way. I often use the shift-ctrl+m shortcut to create blocks, but it is a little tedious to always have to type in "descriptive" or "note" every time. Just a thought.
