Support for GeomFieldDefn

Starting with OGR 1.11, several geometry fields can be associated to a feature, as per [rfc 41]. Also specified in the OGR API Tutorial (all the way at the bottom).

If I'm not mistaken, there is not currently a Node.js class for OGRGeomFieldDefn. This would greatly help in, e.g., processing GML features with multiple geometries.
