[FEAT] provide global option to generate JSON responses for every command

Thant would be really useful .

i need to do automations on top of nsc and so a json output would make that easy.

a watch stream would ironically be great too so that any changes to security creates an even with the change described . It’s almost like putting the nsc file inside Nats itself and then emitting changes to the nsc file via nats
