Error: couldn't start surveyor: lstat proc/1/fd/8: no such file or directory

After updating from 0.4.1 to 0.4.3 I keep getting:

Error: couldn't start surveyor: lstat proc/1/fd/8: no such file or directory. If I go back to 0.4.1 it seems to work fine.

Any idea what could be wrong?
