Helm Chart

Currently the NATS Operator allows for Helm Chart installation. Would make the most since for this operator to support it as well and have the NATS Operator a dependency to it.

Would be great to have this as a helm chart. Would resolve a lot of the issues with parameterization and such.

We have already working solution in https://github.com/nats-io/nats-streaming-operator/pull/39 Maybe it's time to merge it to keep working on the helm chart?

Can this be made available in a Helm repo? It is possible to create one through GitHub Pages.
