Micro and Nex

Proposed change

The NATS execution engine allows the distribution of micro services. However, micro uses NATS core instead of Jetstream. I think this may be something needing Jestream handlers for micro services. #4984 applies, but I think this increases the need for it - unless there's a way to manage this within Nex.

Use case

Deploying micro services within Nex and NATS.
