When header forwarding in nats-kafka bridge will be available (waiting for next build/release)?

Hello @variadico, I'm opening this issue to have some info about the next release (or build) for nats-kafka bridge, containing PR https://github.com/nats-io/nats-kafka/pull/63 (already merged) .

Latest build on https://hub.docker.com/r/natsio/nats-kafka/tags was about a month ago. To unblock our project we would really need that feature, therefore I'm asking if you have an idea on a date for next release.
