Supporting video posts

When you try to load a post with a video in it, Resin crashes. Support for video posts should be a fairly high priority. Since there's really only two types of content that would show up in a Pixelfed feed--videos and photos--it should be fairly straightforward to make a check before rendering the post and using an image or video component accordingly
