Regarding web pack build is failing npm run dev doesnt work

Hello,

In the issue https://github.com/nativescript-vue/nativescript-vue-webpack-template/issues/7, it tells "Please refer to the official docs on starting a new project. This template is deprecated and will not be updated.", could you please kindly tell the link? And the officical new project still could use the code sharing mode?

Actually this is causing lot of confusion. The new template doesn't work either in a fresh environment. I've been able to run only some core NS examples , but nothing based in templates from scratch.
