You're free to do this on a fork but this project is dead because av1an's move to rust. I am trying to get an av1an gui built but it will take some time before that happens because of world events impacting the primary av1an developer.

Personally, I would not add SVT-VP9 at all.

It doesn't even have 10b support.

Never even heard of SVT-Vp9 until today, but real question why not just use SVT-AV1 it has better quality then vp9 and supports 10b
