Support new angolan operator's phone numbers, Africell, +24495*******

Hi. Users of my app are relating errors trying to validate they phone numbers of new Angolan operator Africell. Its given invalid phone number

I tried to search in your source code which lines to change to support the phones numbers starting with +24495........... Can you help me pointing which file should I change, or could change it for me?.
