Add macos platform support

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I use this package to develop a macOS app and would love to have it support the platform.

Describe the solution you'd like Support for macOS.

Describe alternatives you've considered Using other packages to handle phone number entry, but I like this one :)

Additional context It will probably required adding macos support for https://github.com/emostar/flutter-libphonenumber
