Continent display

Is there a way for me to display all countries that are in a specific continent. For example, I want to create an app targeting the entirety of Europe, so a requirement for my app would then be to showcase all of the available countries in Europe.

It would be nice to choose from an enum of available continents and that would show all country codes that are a part of that continent.

Please correct me if I'm wrong but If I understand correctly then I have to manually add all country codes that are available in Europe currently if I wanted to support all of them.
