[FEATURE] Support Spotify HiRes

Is the feature request related to a problem. Please describe it.

At the moment, one cannot download music from Spotify with streamrip.

Describe the solution you would like.

Beginning in October, Spotify rolls out Lossless Audio for Premium subscribers. I would like to have the possibility to download content from Spotify in all (possible) qualities as it is possible for Qobuz atm.

Although I'd love to see this feature, I think it's also quite tricky to implement since Spotify has gone quite a way lately to prevent downloading - they use file encryption with renewable keys and that kind of stuff.
