[FEATURE] Use HiFi-RestAPI for Tidal downloads

Is the feature request related to a problem. Please describe it.

Streamrip currently requires a Tidal account to rip music from Tidal.

Describe the solution you would like.

As far as I can tell, this API allows for every feature streamrip needs to successfully work without the requirement of an account. This would make it far easier to rip music from Tidal.
