[FEATURE] Temp and Completed folder

Right now the program downloads to one folder unlike other applications which gives the option of a temp and completed folder.

Describe the solution you would like.

Would love to have a temp and completed folder option which can be specified in config or maybe move from the folder mentioned in config to -f path in command. this can make the command folder act as destination and config path as temp. just a few ideas.
