[BUG] Unexpected repair behavior

Open wally-crunk opened this issue 2 years ago • 0 comments

Describe the bug

Unable to recover from failed track downloads;

  1. When running a 'rip url URL' command, a few of the individual tracks fail and go onto the 'failed-downloads' db. NOTE: 'rip repair' appears to require a 'download folder' be set in the config TOML file, but the 'rip url [URL]' command does not require a download folder.
  2. After a download folder is set, 'rip repair' does not recover the tracks properly but does not say why:
xx@xx ~ % rip repair
Downloading XXX XXX - XXX XX XXXXX

Cover |█████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████| 00:00 left at 8.83MB/s
Unable to stream XXX XXX - XXX XX XXXXX
Downloading xxxxxx xxxxxxx - xxxxxx xxxxxxx

Cover |█████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████| 00:00 left at 2.14MB/s
Unable to stream xxxxxx xxxxxxx - xxxxxx xxxxxxx:
  1. 'rip URL [trackurl]' also does not download the track and does not say why:
rip url https://www.deezer.com/us/track/136340734
Downloading xxxxx xxxxxxx - xxxxxx xxxxxxx:

Cover |█████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████| 00:00 left at 3.73MB/s
Unable to stream xxxxx xxxxxxx - xxxxxx xxxxxxx:. Message:

Note: there is no 'Message:'

However, the -vvv says something about ''InvalidGeolocation()'' (see traceback) but for only some of the tracks in a playlist?!
