[BUG] Unexpected repair behavior
Describe the bug
Unable to recover from failed track downloads;
- When running a 'rip url URL' command, a few of the individual tracks fail and go onto the 'failed-downloads' db. NOTE: 'rip repair' appears to require a 'download folder' be set in the config TOML file, but the 'rip url [URL]' command does not require a download folder.
- After a download folder is set, 'rip repair' does not recover the tracks properly but does not say why:

- 'rip URL [trackurl]' also does not download the track and does not say why:

Note: there is no 'Message:'
However, the -vvv says something about ''InvalidGeolocation()'' (see traceback) but for only some of the tracks in a playlist?!
