Add information about https://opensource.guide/. Also, make even more evident what the differences of scikit-project with respect to the many great guides on packaging and OSS development. I think that the purpose of this library is

  • aiming mainly at quantum science researchers
  • tailored for scientific computing projects
  • contains an interactive part so that one can immediately test documentation and similar stuff
  • can be used (and has been used) together with [interactive-notebooks](https://github.com/nathanshammah/interactive-notebooks) as material for mini-courses in an academic setting or workshop in general
