I got it working on a RPi Zero W so it's not a hardware issue. I pulled the git repo then ran the setup.sh manually. I've gotten errors similar to yours with other Rpi projects during a server outages. try an "apt update && apt upgrade -y" then run "source setup/setup.sh"
