Idea: "Feature flags" for different sets of entities

A set of checkboxes under 'Configure' which would enable/disable different sets of entities.

  1. EPS-related entities
  2. Configure CT2 as PV3 (including adding a bunch of sensors for energy total / total / etc). This would affect any "Total solar power" sensor, see #129
