Circuit cube support

This isn't necessarily finished code - but I wanted to gauge people's opinions on supporting Circuit Cubes alongside PoweredUp hubs.

I contacted [email protected] over the weekend and they kindly supplied me with their communication specs, and I've come up with this code in this PR to look into controlling them alongside PoweredUp hubs.

I don't think having two separate npm modules using noble separately will work (as this is what I would like to do), so I've had a go adding support to node-poweredup.
