Export to Atlassian Confluence

Hi Nathan,

I had a scout through the docs, but before I dig into code, is there a way you'd advise exporting Day One entries into Atlassian Confluence? (Probably blog posts)

I'm thinking I'd need something to:

• track where in the export process it had got to
• convert DayOne markdown to a Confluence format (e.g. I can work with Ruby e.g. https://github.com/jedi4ever/markdown2confluence, or if it has to be Python https://github.com/search?l=Python&q=markdown+confluence&type=Repositories&utf8=✓ - I don't know Python)
• handle attachments
• manage any circumstance where I'd manually edited in Confluence but then re-exported the same record.

Any hints?
