This is great @yusukebe because there are several that I would love to work on, but I'm still trying to wrap my head around best practices and approach on these.

Yes - I really think this should be implemented using the `newUniqueId()` method, as this is much faster (using a name requires a potentially round-the-world check and adds substantial latency)....
