@include does not seem to work

Having bootstrap installed in node_modules ./main.scss: @import "bootstrap/scss/bootstrap.scss";

Which of course includes other scss files gives an error: Error: Error transforming bundle with 'collect-sass' plugin: File to import not found or unreadable: D:Worktrader.UInode_modulesbootstrapscss_functions.scss.
