Add 1.13 to 1.16 and only display first and last version in servers list

• Add 1.13, 1.14, 1.15 and 1.16 Minecraft versions
• Only show the first and the last server version in the servers list

The second commit is certainly not perfect, I made this quickly because the servers supporting versions from 1.7 to 1.16 takes a lot of space and the graph is almost half of the original size. And I don't know any servers that don't support a version between two supported versions 😄
